Q: Can I order all my photos digitally?

A: Yes! We know it can be a bit tricky navigating a new website. Check out our blog post for a step-by-step guide:

 

 
 

Q: I placed an order during my school sale. How do I order my complimentary class photo?

A: Shortly after your school sale ends, you will receive a promo code via email to redeem your complimentary digital class photo. Redeeming your class photo is super easy:

  1. Go to your school’s class photo gallery

  2. Once inside the gallery select one photo

  3. Add the image to the cart by clicking "buy photo"

  4. Make sure you select DIGITAL MEDIA, not PRINTS

  5. Put your special promo code in the promo code box

  6. Your digital photo will be discounted to $0

 

 

Q: My images have a crop? Can I remove this?

A: Certain sizes have more cropping than others depending on the file. Our ‘Print Cropping 101’ blog shares it all:

 

 

Q: Can I retouch my child’s photos?

A: Yes, you can! We explain it all with this blog post (plus a before & after example!):

 

 
 

 

Q: I'm having trouble checking out my order on my phone…

Q: How do I access my digital files on my phone?

A: We highly recommend completing your school portraits order on a NON-mobile device. Unfortunately, our pricing menu doesn't always fully populate because of the limited proportions of a mobile phone screens, etc.

A: Because our images are high-resolution, the file sizes tend to be quite large. We send all of our digital files via .zip, and they can only be opened on non-mobile devices.
