Troubleshooting Tips
Running into trouble? It is our busy season so while we are catching up editing, culling, and organizing your school’s pictures, here are some ways to answer the most common questions:
1) How to redeem your free classroom photo?
If you ordered within your school’s sale period, you will receive an email when your school’s sale has ended. This email will include a promo code. Use the promo code to redeem your complimentary digital download. Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email with the link to download your image.
2) My digital download is not working. What do I do?
Because our high-resolution image file sizes are big, our digital download links are delivered via .zip file. You need to open .zip files on a NON-mobile device. Sadly, .zip files do NOT open on phones.
