Descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price and availability of any products or services are subject to change without notice, and our current prices can be found on our website and school gallery. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services on our website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased through our website and school gallery. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; to honor, or impose conditions on the honoring of, any coupon, coupon code, promotional code or other similar promotions; to bar any user from making any or all purchase(s); and/or to refuse to provide any user with any product or service. Title and risk of loss for any purchases pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier.

Unless otherwise noted, because of the custom nature of the transaction, products sold by Modern School Portraits are non-refundable.

Replacement items for damage in shipping or misidentified images will be honored within a 10 day return for replacement period, unless otherwise noted.

Copyright + Licensing Notice

The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for personal non-commercial purposes, including: printing, copying, and emailing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. Your purchase of the original files releases Modern School Portraits from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases MSP from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. If you agreed to a model release, you hereby grant to MSP the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at Picture Day to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use.  MSP may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. MSP retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms.
